The TFR Tablet Filling Ring is primarily designed for use in clinical trials when tablets need to be inserted into capsules. Compatible with both the Ultra 8 II® and CAP 8 Filling Machines, it automates the process of off-line insertion.
Easier and faster than manually filling tablets into capsules:
- Off-line insertion of tablets into capsules
- For production and clinical testing
- Can be used with standard type 8 machine and change parts
- Can be custom designed for your size requirements
- The TFR 8 ring is filled with tablets
- The filled TFR 8 ring is placed over the bottom half of a capsules filling ring containing capsule bodies
- The spring-loaded release is compressed, allowing tablets to fall into capsule bodies
