Features of the System

• Highly Accurate Inspection
  The use of proper lighting and high-resolution line sensor camera enables the detection of defects typical for capsule equivalent to a speck of dirt of 100 microns across, ensuring accurate, precise and consistent (i.e.reproducible) inspection results.
• Suitable for Many kinds of Capsules
  Not only uni-colored but also bi-colored capsules which have a value difference between cap and body can be inspected. Also, mark printed capsules can be inspected for improper mark.
• Stabilized Conveyor
  Capsules are carried by a suction belt conveyor system which is already covered by patent in Japan and other major countries and which has been highly evaluated for its stability.
• Simple and Effective Setting of Inspection Criteria
  Users do not have to set up all the necessary inspection criteria. These will be done automatically by registering the user's required inspection conditions in advance.
• Enhanced Validation Functions
  The reputable self diagnostic function, together with enhanced security control ability especially in management of machine setting, improves reliability. Initial test mode and inspection mode will provide simple and necessary information to check the system operation conditions.
• Provision of Quality-Control Data
  The results are printed on A-4 paper and include information on the inspected batch such as defective ratio. This data is invaluable for effective quality control.
• Easy and Simple Information Processing A wide and clear panel computer display allows for easy input/output operations. Real-time monitoring of inspection data is also available. Handy terminal enables the operator to set inspection sensitivities and select the image to be displayed on the oscilloscope by a simple operation. CVIS-SXX includes all the necessary hardware for communication with an external computer.
