bottelpack® aseptic machines are designed in a modular structure and have an integrated clean room class A (US-class 100) with additional dark/white-machine separation. The fully automatic machines work either discontinuously with one and two moulds or continuously with rotating mould chains and are CIP/SIP-capable. The machine capacities vary according to the product. Containers are filled at up to 30’000 containers/h and container sizes range from 0,1 ml to more than 1’000 ml. The filling of each container by means of the time-pressure-dosing system is extremely accurate.
