There are many types of labelers to choose from for your particular application, such as pressure sensitive, cold glue, hot melt, shrink and thermal sensitive. To determine which is right for the product to be labeled, it first must be determined which will provide the best presentation and the lowest cost per label. Once this is determined there are many considerations for choosing a labeler that best suits your need.

With today’s ever-changing packaging requirements, it is important to choose a machine thatcan label a variety of container shapes and sizes, as well as a variety of label applications. If the current need is for a specific application, look for a machine that can be easily equipped later forother types of applications.

Limited changeover time can be an important factor when selecting a labeler. Typically the less change parts, the less the changeover time; but look out for those finicky adjustments.Sometimes it is quicker to change a part than to make adjustments.
