Modular Dispensing & Weighing Isolator

This new Modular Isolator System has been conceived for pharmaceutical companies who require high containment level during manipulations of potentially dangerous products.

Given the level of containment conditions achievable within the system (OEB5), manual sampling, weighing and dispensing operations of High Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (HAPIs) may be conducted.

The base isolator system is composed of one (4) gloves Chamber and one (2) gloves Pre-chamber. A (3) gloves chamber is also available to compose, with the other modules, the configuration better addressing the process needs. All the chambers are equipped with 10" oval-shaped glove ports made of Polypropylene and Neoprene long isolator gloves. Other kind of materials can be used upon request.
