Pharmaceutical Drum Lift: Uni-Hoist HMM (Hoist Manual Mobile)
The Hanningfield Uni-Hoist HMM (Hoist Manual Mobile) is an manually powered hand-wound lifting device for the handling of various loads including containers, drums, IBCs, cone mills, vacuum conveyors, mixers etc. The maximum SWL (safe working load) of the Uni-Hoist HMM is 150kg.
For portability, the hoist is mounted to a stainless steel frame with 4 x non-marking, anti-static castors (2 x swivel, 2 x swivel and brake). This enables the hoist to be easily transported for use in multiple process rooms, without the need for a power supply.
As standard, the hoist column and mobile frame are manufactured from 304 stainless steel (1.4301), with all exposed materials manufactured from FDA compliant materials such as polyacetal. External surfaces (including welds) are finished to 150 grit (Ra <1.06).
