The Walker Barrier Systems Six Glove Sterility Testing Isolator is designed to allow operators to perform sterility testing in an aseptic environment providing assurance of material integrity. This system provides a cost-effective alternative to the “multi-isolator” approach to sterility testing and is ideal for those customers with limited laboratory space while benefiting from the ability to provide rapid decontamination.

Design Advantages:

  • Fully welded 7 gauge 316L stainless steel construction, with laminated safety glass, and 5/8 inch corner radiuses.
  • PLC with password protection to automatically control all functions and phases of the Isolator operation and decontamination process.
  • Large diameter stainless steel piping increases the airflow and minimizes problems with “out gassing”.
  • Automatically actuated inlet and outlet valves eliminate the need for operators to manually adjust valves during the decontamination cycle.
  • Easy lift “hatch-back” window for loading and unloading the Isolator.
  • The “oversized” blower is capable of increasing the air changes to 100 per hour.
  • VHP integration package which is controlled through the included PLC functions.
  • Integrated Steris VHP generator.
  • Maintenance friendly stand mounted pneumatics and controls.
  • Pneumatically sealed hatch-back window designed with cleanability in mind.
