For part four of the Where Do Ideas Come From? series, I spoke with Tony Pidgeon, senior manager of global science and technology at Patheon, a pharmaceutical contract manufacturer and development company, about not only where he gets his ideas, but also what he does once he has them.

It's OK To Not Have The Answer

Throughout his 30-year career, Pidgeon has had many “aha!” moments that led to some very innovative ideas and solutions. When presented with a problem, Pidgeon says he never beats himself up if he can’t come up with a solution to a problem right away. In other words, don’t try to find the answer; allow the answer to come to you.
