Brochure: PennTech Trayloaders Series TL

The TL series are automatic tray loaders for processing glass or plastic containers in a nested pattern into metal or plastic trays and have been designed for installation into aseptic and nonaseptic environments in a single or dual tray configuration for low to high output. The TL series is controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with speeds between 200 and 420 containers per minute (depending on container diameter and tray size (up to 457 mm wide (open end) and up to 915 mm deep). Once the tray(s) are full, the operator replaces

one of the loaded trays with an empty one and the machine immediately resumes the loading operation. The process is seamless; there is no additional work to be done or buttons to be depressed by the operator.

The TL series can be ordered in the standard left to right loading configuration or in the right to left orientation. Multiple tray sizes can be handled through fixed and adjustable change parts.
