IPEC was founded in 1996 and is located in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. In September 2004, IPEC announced the opening of its new engineering and production facility. The new facility was designed and constructed with our customer's best interest in mind. It includes separate, isolated fabrication rooms for stainless steel, carbon steel construction, grinding/polishing operations and control panel wiring and testing. The new facility also includes extensive utility systems to allow us to pre-validate our customer's systems prior to shipment. The utilities include plant steam, clean steam, city water, soft water, DI water, compressed air and single and three phase power.

Modular Process, CIP and Utility Systems
IPEC provides custom design modular process, CIP and utility systems for leading manufacturers in the food, dairy, pharmaceutical, biotech, beverage and cosmetic industries. All systems are designed and fabricated to meet a customer's unique requirements. Our extensive expertise is utilized to understand customer's process and cleaning challenges to provide a consistent high quality, and cost effective product. Our systems may be skid mounted or field assembled to allow for additional flexibility to our customers.

Control Panels
IPEC provides engineering and fabrication services to construct standard and custom designed control panels for the food, dairy, pharmaceutical, biotech, beverage and cosmetic industries. Our capabilities include:

IPEC has the ability to provide UL and CSA listed panels upon request, with NEMA 1 to explosion proof ratings. The panels may range in size from a single push button station to multi-door enclosures.

A complete set of documentation is included with each control panel. This may include dimensional drawings, internal and external panel layouts, electrical and pneumatic schematics, field wiring requirements, terminal and I/O lists.

Fabricated Component Items IPEC designs and fabricates component items for field installation. These items are constructed per a customer's unique requirement and can be fabricated from customer or IPEC fabrication drawings. Fabricated component items include:
