Technical Services
SOTAX offers installation, maintenance and repair, and comprehensive validation services in compliance with USP, FDA and GMP guidelines. All of the SOTAX family of instruments and systems are fully supported by a network of qualified engineers and consultants as well as in-depth training. SOTAX manufactures to GMP, GAMP, and ISO-9003 standards and the TickIT Quality System for software validation and development.
US and Canadian Facilities
SOTAX maintains US facilities in Horsham, PA and Canadian facilities in Brampton, ON. Each headquarter includes conference rooms for technology and USP training seminars, application and demonstration laboratory, SOTAX SERVICES, warehousing, sales and administration.
