A&V A-M Inspection Machine

Automatic rotating inspection unit with alternate motion for vials and small bottles. The containers are placed on the loading tray by the operator and fed into the central carrousel through an infeed starwheel. They are then centrifuged and inspected. Once inspected, they are fed onto the outfeed starwheel, ready to be deposited in the various offloading channels.

• Particle control (reflecting particles, non-reflecting particles)
• Heavy particles control (reflecting particles, nonreflecting particles)
• Cosmetic control (aluminium ring, cap, shape, presence of coloured rings, black spots, air bubbles, aesthetic defects in the container)

• Colour control (product colour, ring colour, aluminium ring colour, cap colour)
