As the mid-range model in the Bosch GKF series of capsule fillers, the GKF 1400 features the economical operation of its smaller siblings and the operational sophistication of the larger GKF 2500. Like all machines in the GKF series, the GKF 1400 capsule filler operates intermittently and doses powder on the proven tamping pin principle. Other products may also be filled, including pellets, tablets, and liquids, either individually or combined into capsules made of hard gelatin or gelatin-free alternative materials.
This new design combines the latest technology and ergonomic design with GMP compliant layout and easy cleaning and maintenance. Machine control by means of an industrial PC makes it possible to store and manage production data for later use.
Operating at 1400 capsules per minute, the GKF 1400 is perfect for intermediate production needs.
