The GKF 1400L is Bosch's new capsule filling machine for filling capsules with liquids. Filling options for this machine also include powder, pellets, tablets, and combinations of these products. The modular design allows for quick and easy change over to powder or combination fillings.
The central feature of the GKF 1400L is an innovatively designed, servo-controlled liquid pump. Control of the filling volume is easily accomplished via the touch screen. Machine control by means of an industrial PC also makes it possible to store and manage production data for future use.
Output for powder and pellets is 84,000 capsules per hour, while output for liquid filling is up to 60,000 capsules per hour.
