Capsule Filling
With a performance output of 2500 capsules per minute at an affordable price, the GKF 2000 capsule filler is a great value for high production levels.
With compact machine dimensions, this capsule filler is designed and built to GMP Standards. Operation is made easy with an integrated control cabinet, a touch-screen, and an incorporated Siemens S7 PLC. Size change is quick and simple, and basic adjustment can be easily done with a digital head for fill volume adjustment of the adjustable dosing disk. The round, smooth table top allows fast and complete cleaning, and the clearly-designed machine section has easy access for maintenance.
Other features of the GKF 2000 include standardized interfaces for in-plant product and empty capsule feed systems, maintenance-free, low wear, and smooth running drive components, and a completely encased, lifetime lubricated indexing gearbox.
The powder station, which can process highly difficult and sticky products, also includes a central product exhaust system. The empty capsule supply hopper has a minimum / maximum level sensor. A size part-free closing station with concave closing pins can easily reproduce its settings for future operations with use of a setting scale.
