No matter what products you process - powder, pellets or tablets - the GKF 2500 achieves precise dosing at an output of 150,000 capsules per hour with extremely small powder losses. With maximum efficiency, minimal dust production, the GKF 2500 sets the highest standards for maximum yields.
The construction of the GKF 2500 enables fast and thorough cleaning and efficient size changing. It also meets all modern requirements in compliance with GMP standards, and operator control is made easy via a touch screen. The PC control system enables automatic logging of all production processes.
In addition, pellet and sensitive powders can be filled through the dosing disk. The use of slide gate technology has enabled Bosch to fill pellets or sensitive powders with the highest yields. With quick and easy changeover, the GKF 2500 is also capable of filling capsules with liquids.
