The GKF 2500 ASB 100% integrates the 2500 capsules per minute speed of the GKF 2500 with the world-class accuracy of the KKE 2500 checkweigher. The resulting machine can perform 100% checkweighing at full machine production output. Automatic feedback for weight adjustment is standard.
Standard equipment for the GKF 2500 ASB 100% includes an integrated control cabinet with industrial PC and touch screen operation. An empty capsule supply hopper with minimum and maximum fill level sensors and a powder supply hopper with maximum fill level sensor for control of external feed systems are also standard. To eject faulty capsules, a deformed capsule blowout device is located in the infeed. In addition, a mechanical, size-independent capsule scanner is integrated in the capsule-closing stations, and there are 18 single gates for individual discharge of faulty capsules. The pneumatic tamping pin adjustment and size part-free intensified segment cleaning system also add to the ease of operation for this capsule filling machine.
