The Bosch CUT 120, one of our new generations of cartoners, features a large size range for use in a wide variety of applications. It employs computer-controlled servo motors and GMP compliant machine design to give you easy, ergonomic access, maintenance, cleaning, and changeover.
One example of the groundbreaking new concepts in the CUT 120 is its carton conveying system. The transport carrier can be adjusted in all three carton dimensions (A, B, and H) without changing parts for an output of up to 120 cartons per minute. The use of long-wearing plastic carrier lugs that carry the carton rather than pushing it ensures minimum carton damage or scuffing in the process.
