Cartridge Filling
The MRD 1010 is a well-priced indexing filling and sealing machine for processing small batches of cartridges at a speed of up to 120 per minute.
The MRD 1010 can fill containers ranging in diameter from 8.65 – 18.25 mm, with a maximum height of 95 mm.
Filling can be accomplished by pumps, time pressure, or sensor filling.
With a compact machine design and small footprint (max. 1600 x 1100 mm, control cabinet included), the MRD 1010 is operator-friendly and easy to clean.
The MRD 1010's process stations were derived from Bosch's large scale, high-speed production machine, the MLD series, which is proven, reliable technology.
The MLD is a flexible filling machine that can be configured to handle a wide variety of syringes, cartridges and related containers. It is available for filling at rates up to 600 per minute.
With its narrow 800 mm width, the MLD offers a small footprint and easy access to all areas of the machine, even in the optional barrier isolator configuration.
Filling is accomplished either by rotary piston pumps or Bosch Smart FillTM time pressure filling.
The MLD is the only commercial syringe filler available with built-in checkweighing - a Bosch first.
The MLD is commonly used in conjunction with Bosch syringe loading / unloading systems.
