Natoli dust cups are made of meet FDA approved materials and are flexible, reusable and interchangeable.
Dust cups are an optional tooling accessory that provides a secondary barrier to the upper punch seals. Dust Cups prevents oil and other debris from contaminating granulation. There are two styles of dust cups, barrel-style and standard.
Barrel-Style vs. Standard Dust Cups
Standard Dust Cups require manually cutting out a hole using the upper punch, and then fitting the dust cup to the upper punch tip.
Barrel-Style Dust Cups come with pre-cut holes and fit directly on the punch barrel. They can be used with or without upper punch dust cup grooves.
