Liquid Filling--Filamatic automatic modular Monobloc systems can perform a wide range of tasks such as sorting, feeding, liquid filling, plugging, stoppering, crimping, capping, induction sealing, labeling, and accumulating within a compact footprint. An optional HEPA filtration system can also be incorporated to provide positive pressure airflow within the machine environment. A variety of liquid filling metering systems are available to provide a fill volume range of 0.5 ml. to 500 ml. per cycle. In addition, these metering systems are capable of handling a wide range of viscosities. All FILAMATIC® Monoblocs are digitally controlled with menu-driven programs that electronically adjust operating parameters for quick and easy tool-less changeovers. A wide assortment of liquid products can be filled into an array of containers including microtubes, cryovials, glass vials, and plastic containers.

Liquid Filling--Filamatic automatic modular Monobloc systems represent our state-of-the-art integrated packaging line for liquid filling, plug or stopper insertion and capping. The compact stainless steel (316 SS) design optimizes valuable floor space and allows a single operator to oversee packaging functions at rates up to 60 CPM. Modular design allows users to "mix and match" the functions needed for specific production requirements. Metering system options include piston and peristaltic pumps.
