The AFG 1010, based on the Bosch MRF 1010 filler, features a single head vacuum pressure dosing system. Maximum output is 80 vials per minute (70 per minute if vials are capped).

- Dust-tight machine guarding with air exhaust channel

- Semi-automatic checkweighing with fully automatic adjustment fo dosing weight
- Gas flushing stations after filling and during closing

- GMP – like and ergonomic design
- Linear machine concept with horizontal table plate
- Excellent suitability for use with isolator technique, RABS (Re-stricted Access Barrier System) or cRABS (closed Restricted Ac-cess Barrier System) applications
- Dosing system with vacuum-pressure principle
- Dosing settings can be stored and get activated via the operating panel
- Reproducible production settings due to stored parameters and au-tomated format changes
- Fully automated check weighing and adjustment of the dosing weight during production by the in-process control (IPC)
- All product contacting parts are autoclavable
- A change of dosing wheels is possible with maintaining sterile conditions and without product waste
- Continuously running stoppering station
- Direct connection with downstream capping machine possible
