The Prevas family of aseptic disposable dosing systems by Bosch represents a new chapter in dosing system technology. Prevas is the first completely pre-assembled, pre-sterilized and pre-validated dosing system available for the clinical and production pharmaceutical and biotech filling market. This allows risk free scale up of filling operations in a single use format.

Prevas Disposable Rolling Diaphragm Pump System
The Bosch Rolling Diaphragm Pump has been recognized as a leading technology in the pharmaceutical industry for accurate yet gentle dosing for many years. The new Prevas Rolling Diaphragm pump systems utilize the same technology and share the same benefits of the traditional version of this unique pump. However, the disposable pump is made of clear pharmaceutical grade plastics and comes pre-assembled and pre-sterilized complete with manifold, tubing and needles. This eliminates the labor and risk of the disassembly, cleaning and reassembly of the traditional Stainless Steel Rolling Diaphragm pumps. Additionally, the pumps come with the complete disposable product path eliminating any cleaning or assembly.
Prevas Disposable Filling Needles
Filling needles can easily get damaged during operation or in the cleaning process, and can be a challenge to clean properly. Prevas disposable needles offer a new solution. By simply using new needles with each batch you can be assured that your needles are clean and true. Prevas needles are direct replacements for standard TL style Bosch needles.
