The ROTOTHERM sterilizer, type SDR, is designed to sterilize liquids in open, semi sealed or 100% closed containers according to the steam-air mixture process.

This process has the big advantage that the product can be taken out after the cycle in a dry condition. To guarantee a perfect shape after sterilization as well as for safety reasons the sterilizer is working with a support pressure. This pressure can be set individually for each product or calculated in relation to the pressure inside the load container.

A full range of chamber sizes are available from small units with 280 litre capacity up to autoclaves with 30m³ useable chamber volume. A comprehensive range of optional accessories allows the client to flexibly configure the ROTOTHERM to their own requirements.
