The Reliance 680PG Pharmaceutical Grade Washer is a cabinet-type washer, equipped with either an Allen-Bradley or Siemens Programmable Logic control system.
The Reliance 680PG Pharmaceutical Grade Washer provides efficient cleaning of various materials and components utilized in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturing process industries, such as glassware, vessels, filling line components, and exchange parts.
Reliance Pharmaceutical Grade Washers are designed, manufactured, validated, and documented according to the latest global practices and standards to facilitate customer compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's).
The new PG Series offers features such as TOC (Total Organic Carbon) and spray arm monitoring to provide a higher level of assurance that expected cleaning results are achieved. The new model is especially designed to reduce water consumption and to comply with BPE (Bio Processing Equipment) 2007 applicable requirements.
