Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps
- Universal single-phase motor allows pump configuration for low or high voltage, without the need for hard wiring
- Natural lubrication design offers the lowest oil mist level, even with high throughputs
- Compact design makes these pumps ideal for use in cramped locations
- Integrated anti-suckback valve prevents pump damage or enclosure contamination when pump is turned off
- Choose among three pumping capacities, up to 120 m3/h (85 CFM)
These Rotary Vane Pumps combine ruggedness and versatility to meet a wide range of applications in and out of the cleanroom.
Unique Universal Motors Comply with All Electrical Standards
They feature universal single-phase motors for optimal versatility. Although you can order pumps in either a low-voltage or high-voltage configurations, any can be easily modified to meet all worldwide voltages. Simply flip a rocker switch to reconfigure the motor for your local power. Selected voltage is displayed through a window provided in the box cover.
An IEC socket allows flexibility for a wide choice of power lead terminations. All models are thermally protected and comply with major international electrical standards, including UL/CSA/CE. Protection level: EP43 (TEFC type).
Clean, Compact Design
Their use of natural lubrication at the exhaust guarantees low oil mist level, even at high throughputs or frequent cycling between atmosphere and ultimate pressure. The reduced dimensions and a choice of horizontal or vertical inlet and exhaust ports enhance application versatility. All controls and service access are located on the front.
Pumping-Capacity Features:
From 5 to 21 m3/h: Models feature an integrated anti-suckback valve, O-rings at all static sealings, and an external shaft seal that can be renewed easily, without dismantling the pump.
From 33 to 100 m3/h: Models feature forced lubrication for continuous operation at all pressures. A built-in anti-suckback valve is activated by the oil pump for protection of vacuum system against pressure rise. Their rugged design improves efficiency and reliability.
From 5 to 100 m3/h: Models incorporate efficient gas ballast for vapor pumping. They offer high pumping speed from atmosphere to vacuum. Air cooled for optimal performance, these pumps are field serviceable using the appropriate maintenance kits.
