This automated friability tester has separate drums mounted on a single axis and can accept both conventional "Roche" and "Abrasion" drums. This tester features individual stainless steel collectors that the samples are discharged into once the test is finished. Testers can be equipped with an optional retractable 10° angled footplate as specified by USP for larger tablets.
