Syringe Handling
The USD Syringe Denester is exclusively designed for denesting nested syringes before in-line downstream processing. Bosch's nested syringe portfolio uses this high-efficiency machine to remove the syringes from the nests and tubs with a high level of automation.
The denesting process is completed with two different functions areas: Tub and Nest Conveying and the Pick and Place Unit. Together these processes carefully remove the syringes from each tub and nest and then place the emptied tubs and nests in their respective stack along the conveyor.
Bosch's USD Syringe Denester uses precise movements to efficiently yet carefully take the syringes out of their nests and tubs. The syringes remain in a secure and controlled position throughout the entire denesting process, leaving the syringes presented on a single lane conveyor for further processing.

Syringe Handling - USR Renester
The USR Syringe Renester has been specifically designed for the renesting of syringes after inline processing. Bosch's nested syringe portfolio uses a precision machine for the alignment of the syringes in their correct positions of the nest. The renesting process combines three separate components: the syringes, the nest, and the tubs, in a process that ends with a completed set of syringes safely nested inside the tub, ready to be sent for downstream processing.
The renesting process is divided into three function areas, beginning with the Syringe Fixturing Module, followed by the Pick and Place Unit, and finally the Tub and Nest Conveying. The USR machine can be built for the output of either 300 or 600 syringes/minute, with syringe size ranging from 0.5-20ml. The machine can be easily controlled with touch screen operation.
Bosch's USR uses a new and innovative method for renesting with complete control over the positioning of the syringes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the entire renesting process.
