Created for tablet manufacturers, the TM–II LVS automatic punch inspection device utilizes TM-II Software to effectively improve tool inspections. The automated "no–nonsense" approach to tool inspections eliminates time consuming and costly inspection procedures by inspecting and automatically recording only the critical dimensions. TM-II Software can be purchased separately as standalone software.

This new technology performs precise non-contact tool inspections minimizing moving parts during cycle time. With fewer moving parts, real–time measurements are collected and recorded instantly into the TM–II's database. Quickly access details and reports on tool usage history, machine press used, lot number, date, quantity, comments, and more. All reports are prepared to meet FDA requirements.
- Accommodate Multi–tip and Standard "B" and "D" Punches. Flexible tool nests are available for standard "B", "D", and multi-tip type tools. Accommodate multi–tip punch inspections by tracking the critical dimensions of each tip on the punch.
