The Bosch TRL 1030 Trayloader sets a new standard in trayloading technology. This latest generation from Bosch offers a wide range of customer benefits to the pharmaceutical industry.
The TRL 1030 features "pick and place" robotic controls for gentle handling, making it ideal for lyo applications. It loads 4-sided trays and trays with or without a ring in place at speeds up to 400 per minute.
Twin robot design with servo-controlled robotic functions makes adjustments for different container sizes and tray configurations quick and easy. It is easily programmed for square or honeycomb loading patterns.
The TRL 1030 is available with right or left hand infeed, and a pendant-type color touchscreen user interface can be placed anywhere so that it is convenient for the operator.
