The KLD pinhole ispection machine for vials, cartridges and ampoules uses a high voltage electrical field and impedance measurement to check each container at four inspection points. The container is examined for hairline fissures and pinholes, leaking ampoule neck tips, insufficient glass thickness at the tip and absence of fill.

The KLD series can inspect filled containers at up to 400 per minute.

KLD 1042: Ampoules, vials, cartridges
KLD 2042: Vials, bottles

KLD 1042:

KLD 2042:
10,000 / hour (up to 46 mm dia. - 50 ml vial)
6/000 / hour (up to 55 mm dia. - 100 ml vial)
