The Bosch RRN and RRU rotary washers give you quiet, gentle handling of ampoules, vials, cartridges, and syringe bodies. Their rotary design provides a small footprint and precise cleaning with positive gripping of the container throughout the washing process.
They can be configured for right-angle or in-line infeed for a wide range of container sizes and throughputs. All Bosch Packaging Technology washers feature fast changeover for minimal downtime.
Eight RRN models cover the size range from 10 ml up to 500 ml (32 to 78 mm diameter and from 75 to 180 mm height). Output may vary from 60 to 400 per minute depending on container size and machine configuration.
The RRU series of washers from Bosch are similar to the RRN, but feature ultrasonic cleaning for quick and thorough removal of particulate material as well as reliable feeding of small containers.
Eight RRU models provide a choice of throughput from 60 to 600 containers per minute (depending on size and machine configuration). Different models cover the size range of 2 ml up to 100 ml (11 to 52 mm maximum diameter and 85 to 145 mm maximum height).
