All PPS related inquiries within the North American market, including new system sales, customer service, testing or spare parts, will now be facilitated directly through Kemutec's Bristol, PA location. Kemutec will continue to work with our experienced staff, located in the United Kingdom, enhancing our ability to serve our PPS products and customers.

Enhanced Services Include: localized service and support, convenient testing, regional stock and spare parts availability, and shorter lead time.

Bearing Refurbishing and Exchange Program

As a part of our new initiative Kemutec now offers a bearing refurbishing and exchange program. This program allows the exchange of used bearing assemblies for refurbished units, taking advantage of the reduced cost associated with buying a new bearing assembly and immediate availability of refurbished units.
