00 Jet-O-Mizer High-Yield® Collection Module

The High-Yield® Collection Module is designed to achieve the highest jet milling yield in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries while using the 00 Jet-O-Mizer. This system collects up to 98% of the product fed to the mill in an easy-to-access stainless steel collection container.

This self contained collection module utilizes the available milling medium (compressed air or gas) to knock product off the filter and interior surfaces into the collection container, without requiring external power for operations. It eliminates operator manual-interface for powder collection and thereby minimizes any potential cross contaminations from and health hazard to the operator.
