Franklin Miller Inc.7-S4 Sanitary Delumper Crusher with quick disassembly is available in stainless or carbon steel. The crusher has a removable side plate that allows the complete internal mechanism, including the rotor with teeth, to slide out and be cleaned. The disassembly, washing, and assembly can be done within five minutes. The machine has a smooth interior so that no material hangs up inside as well as having a self-cleaning crushing action. Bearings are outboard away from the product. Shaft seals are provided.

A precision mechanism provides accurate results on product. Output can be further fine-tuned with optional variable speed and /or easily removable sizing screen. The unit has 2-in. wide flange top and bottom so it may be used in-line directly in a system of ducts, chutes, tanks, or pipes, or it can be fed manually by conveyor belts or bucket elevators. Unit is available with or without hopper and legs. Franklin Miller Inc.7-S4 is suited for foods including chocolates, tomatoes, eggs, meats, sugar, dried bread, dyes, pigments, resins, rosins, animal feed, pet foods, frozen foods, pharmaceuticals, explosives, and fine chemicals.
