AMETEK's Model 5830 sets the ease-of-use standard for accurate, ppmv moisture analysis in the broad range of 20 ppbv to 100 ppmv. This 19" rack-mountable analyzer offers a truly remarkable combination of performance features for non-hazardous applications: exceptional accuracy, enhanced multi-gas compatibility, fast response speed, and wide measurement range.
The 5830 is perfect for on-line moisture measurement of clean gases in a wide range of applications including high purity gas production, semiconductor gases, industrial gas production, and quality assurance. Equipped with an on-line verification system, this state-of-the-art analyzer is designed to rapidly build and maintain operator confidence in its analyses. The integral verification system creates its own zero-gas and moisture verification gas to check both the baseline stability and accurate response to a moisture challenge. This system confirms the sensor's stability, sensitivity, and accuracy. In addition, the inherent accuracy and stability of the Model 5830's quartz-crystal technology mean that the sensor will never need routine factory recalibrations.
Enhanced Multi-gas Compatibility
The Model 5830 is completely compatible with virtually all non-corrosive gases including inerts (He, Ar, Ne, Xe, Kr), H2, O2, N2, air, and many specialty gases such as sulfur hexafluoride. A single, quick software selection is all that is needed to set the analyzer for operation with a different sample gas.
