DIOSNA One Pot Mixer Granulators With Gas Stripping Technology
A one pot system is a high shear granulator with a vacuum & gas stripping drying system attached to it. Vacuum gas stripping is the preferred method of processing as it offers considerably more control and ease of use then microwave technology.
P/VAC - 10 One Pot Processor
The P/VAC – 10 is a powerful laboratory machine for a very wide range of applications. It covers the entire bowl capacity of our desktop high shear granulator P 1 - 6, then greatly expands on capability by offering bowl capacity to 10 Liters and Vacuum Drying. The machine is especially suitable for users who work with organic solvents or highly active substances, who wish to dry in the mixer (one pot processing) or for those who attach considerable importance to a user-friendly control system with batch data logging.
P/VAC 10 - 60 & 20 - 50 One Pot Processors
The Diosna PVAC laboratory mixers are flexible laboratory/pilot scale high shear granulators and granulator vacuum dryers (one pot processor). The machines can be equipped with 10 & 60 liter high shear granulator bowls or 20 & 50 liter vacuum dryer bowls. Different bowls can be added at a later stage. Additionally, a machine initially designed as a high shear granulator can also be extended later to incorporate vacuum drying.
The vacuum drying bowls are of cylindrical design and equipped with gas-stripping nozzles, the cover is operated pneumatically. One of the main rotor tips is extended to form a scraper to prevent deposits on the bowl wall, as with the production machines. Thus easy scale-up is assured. The "through-the-wall" setup for a technical zone is included as standard for vacuum drying, as the vacuum pump and heating/cooling device are arranged for set up in a technical area.
