Emulate and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center have partnered to develop a Patient-on-a-Chip program that combines their expertise from working with stem cells and Organs-on-Chips technology to advance precision medicine. By recreating true-to-life biology outside the body, researchers can study how a patient's cells respond to specific drugs, providing clinicians with better information for treatment plans. The Human Emulation System, which utilizes Organs-on-Chips technology, allows cells from blood or skin samples to be reprogrammed into induced pluripotent stem cells, which can be made into any organ cells, revolutionizing precision medicine and providing deeper insights into human biology. Learn more about this collaboration that has the potential to transform the way diseases are treated and improve patient outcomes.
