AFM Ampoule Filling Machine

The AFM machines are designed to process both closed and open ampoules in aseptic conditions, meeting the current pharmaceutical industry requirements.

The ampoules are fed from trays into the inclined infeed conveyor belt, or in-line connection with the upstream depyrogenation tunnel.

The ampoules are automatically handled to the different processing stations:

• Filling group
• Pre-heating and sealing group
• Ampoules discharge/unloding group

The machines can be equipped with isolation unit, open/closed RABS (restricted area barrier system), or conventional laminar flow hood.
