ChargePoint technology provides an unrivalled level of support through our dedicated global AfterCare™ team.

All ChargePoint customers have access to the services offered by the AfterCare™ teams. A dedicated AfterCare™ support manager is available in every region for troubleshooting and spares enquiries, installation and maintenance training and bespoke maintenance packages to enhance the performance and longevity of your transfer solution.

Our dedicated global AfterCare™ team offer a lifetime of support to our customers and their process.

The team is on hand to provide troubleshooting and installation advice, any documentation required for our products and answer technical product queries.

The AfterCare™ team’s focus is to enhance the performance and longevity of your ChargePoint products through: 

  • Customer support (online and via the phone)
  • Critical spare parts advice
  • Clamp components
  • Storage, protection and maintenance accessories
  • Cleaning and washing accessories
  • Containment, handling and docking accessories

As well as our support team, ChargePoint AfterCare™ assist our customers with on-site engineers for training and maintenance and can provide maintenance packages that provide customers with cost effective piece of mind.

  • AfterCare™ Training and Onsite Services

ChargePoint’s dedicated global AfterCare™ team offer a lifetime of support to our customers and their process through tailored training and onsite services.

Onsite support

Our international ChargePoint service engineers provide our customers with a rapid response to both planned and unplanned maintenance visits. Furthermore, as part of our onsite support, we can deliver validation services such as:

  • Performance Qualification testing (PQ)
  • IQ / OQ execution and documentation (Installation Qualification / Operational Qualification)
  • SAT (Site Acceptance Test)

Operation and maintenance training

ChargePoint’s AfterCareTM team provide operation and maintenance training to ensure good practice for the installation and use of our products. This gives our customers peace of mind and reassures them that their investment will be well cared for.

Our training includes:

  • Training for operators
  • Correct and safe use of the valve
  • Basic cleaning procedures
  • Training for maintenance personnel
  • Disassembly and reassembly of the valve
  • What to look for (e.g. signs of excessive wear)
  • Troubleshooting

Training sessions can be arranged at our offices, your production site or through our global network of approved partners.

ChargePoint’s dedicated AfterCare™ team offer global support to our customers for the maintenance of all our products.

Our customers can safeguard the performance of their products, maximise uptime and provide priority access to our team of expert on-site engineers and technical help desk through our AfterCare™ Maintenance Packages.
