AHP Buys Aventis Campus in Collegeville, PA
With over 1 million square feet of space, the site currently houses three five-story corporate office buildings that are interconnected by an atrium and an executive office building. The facility holds two four-story pharmaceutical research wings, a central utility plant, and separate training center.
Beginning in the second quarter of 2001, employees in the company's pharmaceutical and research headquarters (presently located in Radnor Township, PA) and its Drug Metabolism Group (located at the Princeton Plaza location in Princeton, NJ) will relocate to the Collegeville campus. According to American Home, the move will be a gradual, coordinated process.
