Air Classifier Mill

Air Classifier Mill - Kemutec's new range of air classifier mills offers finer grinding capability than standard Universal fine grinding mills plus greater control over particle size distribution typically grinding to an average particle size of 20µm. Designed with the needs of the Food & Pharmaceutical industries in mind these machines complement Kemutec's existing range of impact size reduction mills and are backed by their long experience in providing size reduction solutions.

The Air Classifier Mill is essentially an impact mill with a regulated airflow that is circulated within the mill. Once milled, the fine material is carried out with the air while coarse particles are not allowed to leave mill if above a certain, pre-determined cut size.
