Alexanderwerk Offers In-House Testing Facilities For Roller Compaction Technology

Source: Alexanderwerk, Inc.

Theory and practice does not necessarily have to harmonize: What appears plausible beyond the drawing board will often not be possible to realize in practice. For this reason we at Alexanderwerk offer you tests in our in-house test facility. There we can identify the right machine and the optimal processing for your product. For the tests our facilities in Remscheid, Germany and Montgomeryville, USA are available.

To investigate the feasibility of your application, we initially conduct our own tests on a small quantity of material. This establishes the appropriate machine and technology from our range and allows us to provide you with a cost estimate for the project.

Based on the results of the initial trials, additional trials may be conducted, preferably witnessed by the client. Our test facility is available for you and every effort is made to accommodate your individual preferences. During such testing, the final product specification can be optimized and various process requirements can be discussed. Test fees depend on the duration as well as on the cleaning and disposal requirements of the trial and will be quoted individually upon request.

We look forward to your inquiry and meeting you in our test facility.
