Clinical Chemistry Systems
Having installed over 3,000 units around the world, Alfa Wassermann is a market leader in point-of-care clinical chemistry systems. Over the years, Alfa Wassermann has established positions in three distinct clinical chemistry segments:

Physician Office Laboratory Segment
For today's Physician Office Laboratory (POL) environment, our ACE™ and NExCT™ clinical chemistry systems are unsurpassed in delivering high-quality performance in a bench-top footprint.

Veterinary Office Laboratory Segment
With pet ownership at an all-time high (>260 million) in the United States and still growing, today's veterinary practice demands clinical chemistry systems with higher sample processing capability but with lower overall operating costs. Alfa Wassermann's VeTACE™and VetEx™ products meet these new demands in the evolving veterinary office laboratory environment.

Biomedical & Research Laboratory Segment
In contrast to the traditional veterinary office laboratory environment, biomedical research facilities require clinical chemistry platforms which can be adapted to many types of species (especially rodents), increased sample processing and open chemistry channels. The VeTACE™ and VeTEx™ fulfill these unique requirements. Our products are currently utilized by many leading pharmaceutical companies, universities and animal conservancies.

Biopharmaceutical Systems
As a leading manufacturer of continuous flow ultracentrifuges, our systems are in use worldwide by major pharmaceutical companies for the development and manufacture of vaccines.

Development and Pilot Scale Segment
Our SMART SYSTEM PKII Ultracentrifuge offers a highly efficient method of clarification, concentration, purification, and separation of cells, proteins, enzymes, sub-cellular particles, and virus like particles. The systems can perform separations with or without density gradients on a continuous or batch basis. The system is controlled by the Smart Console, which monitors, displays, and logs critical system functions and parameters.

Manufacturing Scale Segment
The SMART SYSTEM KII Ultracentrifuge offers highly efficient method of clarification, concentration, purification, and separation of animal cells, bacterial cells, blood fractions, enzymes, lysosomes, membranes, macromolecule components, plant cells, proteins, sub-cellular particles, and virus like particles. The system can perform liquid separations with or without density gradients on a continuous or batch basis. The system is controlled by the Smart Console, which automates process operations offering operator batch ID, data recording, reporting and monitors and displays critical system functions and parameters.

Genomics Technology
