American Process Systems manufactures ribbon blenders, plow blenders, dryers, reactors, Forberg® fluidized zone mixers, bag dump stations, viscous pumping systems, and ancillary process equipment. We deliver everything, from an individual mixer to a fully integrated process system.

Experience
APS' strength lies in our 25 years of experience in tailoring each piece of equipment to the specific application, and in our scope of delivery, which makes us uniquely impartial when testing for the best mixer configuration for the process.

APS builds approximately 150 mixers per year ranging in size from one to 1,500 cubic feet. We are an ASME certified shop, designing and building pressurized vessels in house.

Facility & Staff
All APS equipment is manufactured in our 70,000 square feet facility in Gurnee, Illinois. We employ a total of 150, including 20 mechanical, chemical, and process engineers.
