Amicon Plastic Inc

Amicon Plastics was formed in 1979 as a molder of PTFE resins and a custom machine shop for PTFE and other engineered plastics. It has enjoyed steady growth since then as a result of added equipment and facilities.

In 1998, The ATG Group was formed and now operates two companies as operating division, Amicon Plastics and UFC Fluorogreen. The Amicon Plastics Division focuses on being a manufacturing partner to OEM's, supplying custom made components in a variety of materials along with value added services such as stocking agreements, consignment, and JIT programs. The UFC Fluorogreen Division specializes in high performance sheet gasketing materials, precut gaskets and specialty packing for the process piping industry.

Amicon Plastics takes pride in offering each customer support beyond specification with team efforts in customer focus and assistance in concepts, ideas, product improvement, engineering, design and material selection.

The ATG Group intends to continue its growth not only internally but through acquisitions of the capabilities needed to better serve its diversified base of customers.
