Anapharm

Drawing from twenty years of clinical and bioanalytical research in an academic environment, Anapharm Inc. was founded in 1994. It has since grown into a Phase I / Bioequivalence Contract Research Organization, conducting trials for clients from all around the globe. Anapharm Inc. headquarter occupies a spacious modern building (44,000 sq.ft). The facilities have been specifically designed for research and as such are fully compliant with current Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs).

Conveniently situated between Université Laval and the historic city (Old Quebec), Anapharm Inc. is easily accessible by plane, train or car. Surrounded by excellent hotels and restaurants, clients will undoubtedly have the opportunity to enjoy all this "World Heritage City" has to offer, while working with Anapharm Inc. (UNESCO).

The company as recently opened a new clinical unit in Montreal. By establishing a unit in Montreal, Anapharm increased clinical capacity by more than 60% by adding two research units of some 80 beds for a total of 206 beds.

We already have an excellent track record with regulatory bodies. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Canadian Health Protection Branch (HPB) have successfully audited our facilities as well as studies conducted under our direction. The work performed by Anapharm Inc.'s personnel has successfully contributed to the approval of several drug submissions in the USA, Canada and many countries in Europe.
