ANDOCK SYSTEMS High Containment Valves

Andock offers a complete range of split butterfly valves and related systems for safe handling of potent compounds. The valves are offered in two seal type versions, depending on the containment level (or if solvents are used): White EPDM or White PTFE (Teflon), both are FDA quality materials.

Andock valves have been tested in three separate private studies in accordance with ISPE SMEPAC protocols (Abbott Labs, Hoffmann-La Roche, and Novartis) and have achieved the following results

• Valve with PTFE seal NOT using vacuum extraction: ~500 nanogram level of containment (ETWA 8 hours).
• Valve with EPDM seal using vacuum extraction: ~0.4 nanogram level of containment (ETWA 8 hours).
