ANSI Valve With Clean-In Place

Source: PBM, Inc.
PBM's ANSI Clean-in-Place valve has purge ports and either one or three specially milled flats on the ball.
Valves can become clogged when chemicals or other media coat the ball, or fill the body cavity, solidify, and leave the valve inoperable. In some instances, the seats can become damaged as the valve is opened, and the hardened material scrapes against the seats. Leakage may occur.

PBM's ANSI Clean-in-Place valve has purge ports and either one or three specially milled flats on the ball. This minimizes coating and plugging and reduces costs by allowing cleaning in place.
