At Apache Stainless we design and manufacture stainless steel vessels, atmospheric and ASME, for a wide range of applications. We also manufacture vessel components including manways, flanged and dished heads, and dimple sheet exchange surfaces plus we fabricate tanks with half or third pipe jacket. Apache engineers use the latest in software technology to calculate and design vessels. We can handle single and multiple tank projects ranging in size from liters to 95,000 gallons and in material thicknesses from gauge to 1/2" with finishes from 2B passivated or glass bead to 320 grit polished and electro-polished. We regularly build to ASME, USDA, API & DOT/UN specifications. Apache's two tankage fabrication facilities are located in Beaver Dam, WI and Plover, WI. Our Plover location specializes in the design and manufacture of non-ASME vessels for the pulp and paper and chemical industries.
